Inventory Policy
Hornsales strives to maintain the accuracy of the
online inventory. However due to the numerous items sold, occasionally
an out of stock item will show "In Stock" status. In the event an out
of stock item is ordered, the customer will be notified and
given an approximate time for the item to be delivered. At this time if the customer wishes to cancel the order, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be given.
Shipping
Policy
Normally all orders are
shipped within 3 business days. International Orders may take an additional 3 Business Days.
For
all orders placed
within the Domestic United States:
All orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground
Service or FedEx Ground Service.
At this time. HornSales.com does not offer expedited
shipping.
In order to keep our prices low, some items may be shipped to
you
directly from the manufacturer. If you have ordered multiple items your
shipment may be sent in more than one package from different locations.
In this situation you will not be charged shipping on each package only
on the total weight of all packages. Small packages may be
shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st class mail or 1st Class Parcel Delivery Service.
Alaska and Hawaii
Free shipping offers do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii unless otherwise noted. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be through UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, or USPS Priority Mail depending on the item.
For
all orders placed outside of the Domestic United States:
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS worldwide Services. Delivery Times
vary by country but are
typically 3 to 10 days from time of shipment. HornSales does not charge any import/export fees. Your local country
may impose taxes and charges to you in order to receive your
merchandise. International Orders often require an extra 2 to 3
business days for processing.

Return Policy For All Sales:
Defective
Merchandise/Warranty Service
HornSales
warranties every product it sells to be in BRAND NEW Condition
and ready to use without any additional setup required, unless
otherwise stated. If you receive a product that is not in
usable condition, HornSales will replace or repair the
product at no
additional charge to the customer. The
customer must contact HornSales via email within 72 hours of
receipt to
qualify for this warranty service. The customer must return
the product in its original packaging along with any included
accessories to our Return Center within 10 days.
General
Returns
HornSales wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for
any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact
HornSales via email within 72 hours of the customer's
receipt of the product.
A
trained staff member
will work with you to resolve any issues you have with your
purchase. After working with an staff member, you
still
wish to return the merchandise, HornSales will refund you the
full purchase price minus shipping and handling
charges and restocking fees. The
customer must return the product in its original packaging along
with
any included accessories to our Return Center within 10 days.
Request
for Exchange
If
you wish to exchange an item you purchased for another item;
HornSales must me contacted via email with in 72 hours of receipt
of the original item. HornsSales will make every effort to
accommodate your request for exchange. Provided the original
item is returned in the original condition you will not be charged any
restocking fees, however we can not refund the original shipping
charges.
The
customer must return the original product in its original packaging
along with
any included accessories to our Return Center within 10 days. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Return
of Damaged Merchandise or Packaging
If
you receive a product that appears damaged in shipping please notify
HornSales.com via email immediately and the shipping carrier
immediately. HornSales.com will work with you to resolve the
issue as quickly as possible.
Restocking
Fees
Instruments
- All
returned instruments Valued at $2000.00 or less,except
defective products, will be charges a $20.00
cleaning/disinfecting fee. For instruments values
above $2000.00 a $40.00 cleaning/disinfecting fee will be charged.
Any
product returned that is not in its original condition or without prior approval will be charged
a 15% restocking fee.
Items
that can not be returned:
- Mouthpieces
- unless otherwise noted
- Electronic Items
- Reeds
unless they are still sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging
- Copy Protected material such
as sheet music, software etc.
- Rosin
- Cork Grease
- Care Produtcs such as cloths,
swabs, etc
- Oils and creams
When to expect your
credit or
refund
Your
return will be processed within 48 hours once it is received. Your
merchandise refund or credit will be posted to your credit card. Most
credits are viewable on your credit card account within five business
days. If you paid with a check or money order, you will be sent a
refund check. Please allow 14 days for processing
